I'm not normally a fan of white or black but, I would not hesitate to either color as long as white was a total white out or black was total black out. The chrome is cool with both especially black but, I mean just the complete body bunpers, grill and all one color.
I do have a cool custom paint idea starting with an all whited out base ride that i hope to do sometime.
Good looking rig even stock. Nothing wrong with stock or stock with minor adjustments. I think You are going in the right direction with your ideas.
