Nope, it's not really elite at all. There are only a few requirements.
1) You have not be a jackass
2) You have to learn how to PM someone
3) You have to not be a jackass
There are undoubtedly some chrome grills available if you want to pay the shipping. I personally threw out 2 of them that were taking up space a little while ago.
