Here are some directions for changing out the mirrors. It shows you how to remove the door panels.

not removing the button panel with a putty knife. Once the panel is loose it is easier to just unplug the wiring harness to the button (window switch) panel.
The door speaker is easy to remove. Once the panel is off just push down on the top bracket of the speaker and it comes out. There are no screws on the Bose speakers. You will need to drill holes for the new speakers though.
