Also, make sure you have the parking brake handle twisted so that you have tension in it. I mean, you should have probably noticed by now if you don't (it would be loose). But I think to tighten it you would twist the top section of it clockwise.

Do you mean PB Penetrating Catalyst? I did a quick search for PB Bolt Buster and it came up with that. The rear caliper were the cable connects does look pretty corroded also. Thank you for the suggestion...Ill deffinitly try that!
