Since you can't figure it out I'll explain it again but in more detail so it makes fcking sense to you. It was raining, the wipers were on delay mode, I turned off the ignition, the radio stayed on, the wipers must have been in the middle of a rest cycle, I reached for some papers, opened the door to get out and at the same time the wipers started the wipe cycle and stopped in the middle of the windshield. This is not what I expected would happen.

Later in the day I made a test of the same situation. That time the wipers didn’t stop but made a complete cycle back to the rest position. Fluky – yes but it did happen and could happen again. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

Sounds like RAP working as designed. I still don't understand what the problem is.
