C, which is pretty conservative and it doesn't really get close to that. When I had it on the bench the CPU fan never even turns on it, the case fan kept it cool enough. In the tight quarters, though, the cpu fun does run quite a bit, but seems to do a fine job. The Core Duo proc is pretty low power.
