I have heard of others being charged an arm and a leg for a simple diff, trans and t-case fluid change.

That is exactly what they did change fluids, fuel filters, along with a tire balance and rotation but no alignement because their machine was down. Now my rig is all over the road and making a wierd rattling sound from the 1/2 shaft and tie rod I had replaced two weeks ago. Hmmmmm, sounds like back to the dealer I go
