Isn't it sad that we have to think that way? - Having to worry if someone is going to sue us if their kid gets hurt playing on our stuff.
I'm the same way. I actually had my husband take the rope ladder off the side of the kids fort because I was afraid someone would get a foot caught and end up breaking a leg or cracking their head open.
We've got the trampoline with enclosure too....rest assured, it's pretty much fool proof, unless of course, the kids start walking around on the padding on the outside of the enclosure.....or when a kid decides to crawl under the trampoline when someone else is bouncing on it. Duh!
Your daughter will love it though!
