Except B.C. But I think an experience guy like you knows property here is getting ridiculously out of hand.
I bought our house at $550K 5 years ago. We got our property government assessed at $1.1 million this year. The property tax is killing alot of people here. One of our neighbors sold for $1.3M (Because they couldn't stand my Hummer staring at them every morning.
) and bought a 100 acre lot 600 miles into the sticks.
The Canadian $ is expected to par up with the US $ by years end. But that's a bad thing for us.
It's wild on the Westcoast. Oregon, Washington and B.C.
