Yes it is.
The tires should be checked cold, best time is in the AM. If it is 30 in the AM, and it warms to 50 during the day, the psi will raise from 35 to 37, but at night drop back down to 35.
I believe the Bridgetones are rated at 51 psi max, so if they go up from driving and warming temp, it will not affect them; unless you are going above the required 35 psi cold temp setting.
