Square Footage, the outside dimension of the Home and Garage, was curious and trying to figure out how much cost per square foot a home went for in Pennsylvania.
Here in California, they bend you over big time--For a fixer upper, say 1600 Square Feet they fetch up to 600.000 dollars easily, its starting to taper a little, but not much, yet?
That price your Friends paid is a good price, Im sure it came with land too?
