Actually the Navagation antenna is mounted from the factory in the dash on the air duct. The XM and ONSTAR are on the roof.

True, and if youre having problems pull your glove box door all the way down after you disconnect the little string on the right hand side and you'll see where the antenna connections meet sometimes the connectors get bent during installation
