If it really is JUST out of warranty, you can probably make a case for the dealer to replace them, given the known problem and service bulletin. GM gives the Service Manager has the discretion to do this . But I wouldn't wait too long. Just tell them that they vibrate at freeway speeds and screw up your ability to see whatever is next to you.
