Well, the first major problem with my '06 H2. I managed to high center it (barely) and couldn't connect the winch to anything to pull me off, so I was "back and forthing" it. I managed to dig some decent gaps with the Xterrains, and placed some cement chunks in the gaps, hit the accellerator (in reverse) and heard a loud *crack* sound.
The truck was now in permanent neutral, requiring towing. When we got the truck up on the flatbed, there was pieces of transfer case all over the ground. There was also a large hole in the side of the transfer case. It was impressive.
So far the dealership (Sewell Hummer) has been very positive in their response. They told me not to worry, that they have replaced t-cases before without problems. I will keep you all posted on the progress and Sewell Hummer's handling of the whole thing.
BTW, the beast has 33K on it...
(I hope everyone has heard the old joke the title is base on)
