Bling occurs when you LOWER your truck, put rims larger than 20 inches, or put high performance ROAD tires on it!! A chemical reaction occurs and the chrome mutates into BLING!
The purpose of chrome is so you can see when your rig is muddy enough. If there is no visible chrome, you're there!
