Here's another story I have, and I swear over anybody in my family's grave that this really happened!!

A bunch of friends took me out for my bachlor party in April of last year. One friend stayed sober in order to be a desgnated driver, so a bunch of us piled into my H2 and drove to the Tropicana Casino in Atlantic City. We pulled up in front of the casino in one of the many valet parking lanes. A guy came over to get the keys, etc. While he was doing that, one of my other friends started to open the rear passenger door on the right side of the vehicle. He didn't get it open more than about 6 inches and WHAM!!!! It turns out that another valet driver was bringing back someone's tricked-out Lincoln Navigator and pulled up WAY TOO close to my H2, so the Navigator's mirror wacked the edge of rear door as it was opening. The mirror housing on the Navigator stayed attached to the vehicle, but it did crack and "fold in" like H2 mirrors do when you're parking in tight spots. The glass of the mirror fell on the ground and shattered. The valet driver got out, admitted immediately that it was his fault, and said they would pay for any damage to my H2. However, to this day we have never been able to find even a scratch on the door. It is almost kinda freaky how that could happen. I couldn't even tell you exactly where the Navigator's mirror actually hit my rear door. So H2's not only handle the off-road abuse, they seem to handle "on-road" abuse pretty well too. I am sure there are people out there with even better stories than what's been posted here so far.
I'll post yet another story for those interested...I have at least two more, one of which I'll admit was my fault.
