OK, I have the time right now since my wife is off in Vegas for a bachlorette party this weekend, so here's a pretty good story. I should change the title of the thread to "Don't Play Road-Rage With An H2 Unless You Have Something Just As Big Or Bigger, Because You Won't Win!!"
I was pulling up to a red light in an intersection and was aiming for the left-turn lane of the intersection. There was a lot of traffic in the straight lane, so some woman in a Subaru Outback decided at the last minute that she wanted to jump into the left-turn lane instead of waiting to go straight. Well, she just pulled right out in front of me. I had enough time to slam on the brakes and make the tires squeel on the pavement from the anti-lock kicking in. At his point neither of us was completely stopped and we were still moving up towards the traffic light, but I was naturally on her ass because I had almost just slammed into the back of her car. At this point, I was just glad I didn't hit her, and then I see her look up into her rearview mirror. What I see is her making a face because she thinks I'm too close to her, and she must not figure that this is because she pulled out in front of me. So what does she do? She pulls one of those "well if you want to be that close to me, then let me hit my brakes and see what you do then" maneuvers. Well since I was already close to her, not expecting her to nail the brakes, and still just getting over the adrenaline rush from almost hitting her previously, I just didn't have enough time to stop my truck again (I admit that some little part of me didn't want to stop either

). So I ended up nailing her in the ass, and boy was I pissed!!! I got out of my truck and went up to her car and tried to ask her what the hell she was doing. She just rolled up the window and we pulled over to the side of the road. I assessed the damage and it turns out that my tow hook on the front of the truck put a nice dent in her tailgate and bumper, but there was nothing wrong with my truck (except a little bit of her paint on the tow hook).

We were waiting in our cars for the police to show up and then all of the sudden she just drove away. She never even asked for my insurance info or anything, so then I left. I guess she finally realized what an idiot move that was on her part and decided not to blame it on me.
