He already made the payment...wtf are you talking about? Your auction lied about the quality of goods, paypal agreed and refunded him the money. So what are you still complaining about?
Let me guess...if he doesn't send whatever payment by 12:01pm tomorrow, you will.....extend that to 9:47pm the next day, then 11:32am the next tuesday, then 9:08am three weeks from now, then you will go ead.
chargebacks/disputes are part of business, even more so if you are a jackass. accept it.
