I got it on ebay same as one below.
I cut off the mounting bracket and mounted with 3m outdoor double tape(thin gray kind)I wired it to the light wire on the dash knobs.
Its a little off when the mirror is in driving position but can be fine tuned to 0 by adjusting the mirror when offroading.
