Try setting them at 42 cold, increased pressure wont turn the light on as they are looking for low tire pressure as long as they all increase even. If it is telling you one tire is way more inflated but they all read the same on a gauge, the sensor that is reading high is fubar and needs to be replaced. Hopefully these systems get better with time cause all vehicles will have them soon.

Humtech...thanks for the info. I'll keep an eye on that sensor thats throwing the high pressure warning. If it keeps throwing the warning, I'll take it back to Cochran Hummer and have them replace it. Hope all is well with you!
