The Its Science comment is Straight out of the legend of Ron Burgandy. I truly Know of no scientific evidence that suggests Blacks/Hispanics are DNA'd to be criminals. Furthest from that point.
My Point is The numbers are alarming and they are growing. If you take the two races out of the equation the US would be pretty peaceful. So should we eradicate them? Hell no. Be we should be aware of the obvious. Denying it allows it to grow and grow. Poor people and less fortunate people are not entitled to be excused. But Something has to be done or this will become the S Hole that Mexico is and we will be the illegals in Canada. SH*^ is running up hill and this is the only instance that I know S does that.
