I do tend to take a nap once in a while in the afternoon but with the twins (furry ones, not humans) it's hard to sleep unless Rich is home to keep them out of trouble. I usually take a sleeping pill at night as well. I'd rather take something than lie away all night trying to sleep. Then sometimes I stay up all night and go to bed around 10 am. Depends on when I want to work.
