IN a windows env, I right click on a pic and choose SEND to Email/Outlook and it asks if I want to use a smaller sized pic or original size. I find the smaller is a nice size.
Once the pics are in the email, I dont send it, but save the attachments (the pics) and there ya go..reduced in size.
