Those lights would last two seconds. Look at the rock chips last end up on your skid plate just from road debris. Now take that into some snow, off road, or high curb for that matter. You just took your $500 and through it away. You could spend less money IMO and get yourself a set a fogs on your truck on a different mod.

HUMMER has the factory ones that go in the lower grille..or if you have a brushguard...throw a set on there.
