After the Blazers' #1 draft pick, Greg Oden, had to undergo minor micro-fracture surgery on his knee all of the sports pundits wrote us off as being on the way to another lottery pick. The Blazers started out with 3 road games(San Antonio, New Orleans, & Houston) and came away 0-3. But then they came home for 4 straight wins(N.O., Memphis, Dallas & Detroit). In the next 10 games they went 1-9, but it was weird because, from a fan's perspective, there wasn't any panic. They were starting to get what the coach was preaching and you could see it getting closer & closer every game. Road games were pissers. But, ironically, that's were this 13-0 streak started. Blazers also had one of the most difficult schedules(according to some ESPN ranking). Plus, the Blazers are the youngest team in the NBA.
