I bought these just this week... they are in pretty good shape.
They have a few scuffs from rubbing something like pulling in a garage or something, but aside from that, they are in good shape!
They WILL fit all year models of H2. I even put them on my 2006 just to test them!
You will get the ENTIRE assembly, keys, endcaps, mounts, everything!
The ONLY reason I am selling is because I am trying to match the other 2 racks that I have.... I am replacing the end caps with a billet chrome piece, and for some goofy reason, bars made prior to 2003 take a different end cap that does not match my current ones!!

I work with a trucking company and could get these delivered pretty much most places east and south of Oklahoma. In addition, I will be in Dallas the weekend of Feb 15th and could meet someone with them then as well!
