I watched the show from the beginning and remember thinking towards the end that Boyd wasn't looking too healthy. He made an amazing contribution to the industry for certain.
It seems like we're losing iconic creative folks at an alarming rate in a short number of years- Ed Roth, Indian Larry, Boyd, ect.
