Yes, it is black. It is an OEM Tonneau cover made by AMG still in the box. Well the box is pretty shot but...... The material is the same as the top. It uses velcro around the bed. This is for ther tonneau cover only. It does not come with the velro or the center bar. If you need the entire kit Kascar sells them.
