Just a little sour grapes sucks for me but hopefully you all can do better and learn from me.

He could sell it to people for that much because those people needed the 9% finance just to buy it. If you're willing to finance someone like that, you could've gotten $25k for it. You probably could've come out at $20k pretty easily though.
