I did this one while in college. It worked well. Also, when someone went in the stall to toss a cigarette, it bounced back at them. The next stall had black shoe polish rubbed over the entire black toilet seat .. so when they sat down their rear was circled in black.
Of course, I would NEVER do anything like that now.
