I'd definitely look into upgrading the t-bars if you are adding a winch bumper. 30% higher spring rate than stock bars. Did some whoop-ti-dos in Moab and with the Cognito/Bilstein shocks and SAW t-bars it was like floating.
And that's with 200+ lbs of winch/bumper on the front.
