I tried to support them as best i could by "believing them" when I would call. I am convinced they are not working on a replacement unit as I never get my emails returned and phone calls always give the standard "next week or so" answer.
I've been speaking / emailing a person named Keith Rodts since I bought my unit last year.
The last email i sent was on October 29th 2007 where i asked "Any new news of a fix yet?" and he replied on November 26th 2007 with the following.
"with any luck this Friday or early next week. we are waiting for the boards to be finished and then we will be shipping."
I emailed back about 2 weeks later and still no response. If anyone else is bored or needs an email address to send complaints to.. try his...

I'd ask for a refund but its been so long i cant find the damn box anymore.
