Nice work on the Bumper!
I can't tell from the pics how you get access to the winch to plug in the controller. Do you have it on remote control?
I might be a little concerned with those d-ring mounts. I looks like only two bolts with fairly small heads. I hope they are grade 8. Alternatively, you might consider welding the mounts directly to the bumper. Along those lines - I also be a bit concerned about bending that 1/4 face plate if you're really tugging on it and the mounts hold. You can always fix that by welding in some gussets on the inside (or maybe you've done that already).
I'm not trying to pick it apart because I think you did a nice job.
