Dog in Nigeria. It was cooked real good and spiced up a lot. It king of reminded me of beef jerky. (after about a half a dozen warm beers that is)
Here in Mexico it would have to be ants. There is a little town about an hour away from us where ants is their local delicacy. They take them and make some kind of paste out of them. Yuck!
