Do not have it repaired at the dealership, I worked for dealerships for 6 years and there buisness is based on selling cars and service repair, This is where the money is made. I do not want to discredit all dealerships but if you can find one that does a good job- that is all it will be then consider yourself luckey.Demand no less than new oem parts and not boneyard replacements and threw word of mouth or neighbors look for a high end shop. If you have no luck there call a local corvette restoration shop and as for referrals. The dealership will not have your best interest in mind whereas the highend shops will provide the professional repair because the monies are derived from this, and this alone.Consider a dealership a production line-the results are never the same.
