Get some undercoat spray and paint your frame. Use some Rustoleum Rust Converter spray first, which is black, and spray everything that is rusting. Then use one of the many undercoating sprays and cover everything. Will take you about one hour.
It will look like new afterwards, or at least it will all be black. You just need to touch it up every time you go off-road, or every few months if you don't.

Is there anything down there we shouldn't spray with all this stuff? Or is everything fair game?
