what type of rock rails you've got? they don't look like OEM's at that angle, or are they? I so far didn't get to the situation where rails would actually help against rocks or terrain, but by removing low hanging factory tube steps I gained enough clearance in order to prevent possibly getting stuck at several spots. There are generally easy trails in my area, with exception of few technical sections every once a while..with rails I feel more comfortable out there, less vulnerable.
