Since:

(1) you don't sell to customers direct
(2) you have quite a few existing (& potential) customers already in this forum
(3) you need to appease other upset members of this forum (& other linked Hummer forums) asap
(4) no other Hummer forum received as much traffic & exposure as this one

You need to:

Contact Jason -- the owner of this forum -- who also owns somo.com -- who is an authorized dealer of many Hummer related parts -- and set him up to sell replacement E&G flares at your quoted $100 each.
