Well, I've hit nothing but brick walls with the HOPE issue.
I've emailed the HOPE P.O.C.---- No reply
I've emailed the St. Joe Red Cross chapter----- No reply
I've emailed the local Red Cross chapter----- No reply
None of it seems to professional at this point based on the lack of responses.
