That is pretty much SOP for any manufacturer. So, before bring it in for service, break out the tuner and reinstall the tock tune. Problem almost fixed. "Almost" because there have been cases of manufacturers, namely Subaru, visiting forums and noting mods, then using it to drop warranty coverage.
