This whole thing sucks bad as I like to buy American, and Jeep is not an option, as the Hummer brand is a far superior vehicle. There has to be a better solution than just being a lam ass and giving up on Hummer. What if gas goes back to $3 a gallon, and SUV's become popular again(small chance I know), won't Rick Wagner feel like an ass? Call me narrow minded, but if it isn't GM, then I won't buy it!
Why can't GM develop a Hybrid model of some kind? It just pisses me off that they want to just throw in the towel on a fine brand segment.
