I'll get some pics of up the unit once i get it together. The smoker box and smoke generator have to be connected etc.

Its pretty slick, can cold smoke or hot smoke so I am looking forward to making all sorts of stuff. Had to get a vacuum packer for the cheese since on the bradley forum it says you have to let the cheese cure for about two weeks or it will taste like an ashtray. If its stays decent this weekend I will power it up and season the smoke box.
