Default Vehicle / Secuirty Clock - Question

Hello All:

I recently had (2) 2-Way Advanced Remote Start installed in my H2.

The 2-Way Advanced Remote Start reads the following vehicle information from the vehicle:

-Odometer
-Fuel Gauge
-Tire Pressure
-Radio Control
-Vehicle Clock
-Vehicle Locked/Unlocked

Here is my problem:

The vehicle clock or Security Clock is 4 hours ahead, even though the navigation clock is correct.

I have tried resetting the 2-Way Advanced Remote Starts as well as playing around with the navigational clock. Something internal to the vehicle is either set 4 hours ahead or is set to a different time zone.

My Question:
How do you change the internal vehicle clock or time zone on the vehicle. It has me and the dealership wrapped around the axle.

Any help as always is appreciated.

Kind Regards,
