I think that the truck is probably OK. "If i give it more gas and it downshifts the feeling goe's away" sounds right. let say - I drive up slight hill here in town and around 45-50mph tranny shifts to 4th gear; then the hill gets on bit more steeper, and 4th gear struggles. So I give it gas, it downshifts to 3rd and all OK.
Well all I have to say that I'd much like to have 5.3l 8-cylinder with 300hp (and corresponding torque) of H3 Alpha then my 3.7l 5-cylinder with 245hp. BTW I think '06 H3 has like 220hp because the engine is 3.5l...
Maybe someone else can comment on this as well...
