my mileage is 12 mpg ,the 03 Avalanche 2500 4x4,496 ci my ex wife (thank god that bitch is gone)had got 12 also . so maybe you mileage will be the same if you have an overdrive trans . I wasn't aware a turbo 400 was made with an overdrive . also I would bet the big block engine would be harder to cool and need a bigger radiator than the 6.0 you removed. while I'm sure it can be done ,it looks like a lot of work and money for the end result . between the computer and exaust alone it ought be interesting if you want to pass emmisions .
