Good Luck with the swap Chopper, would luv to see progress pix as you go. Did you consider an 8.1L with a 4spd auto??
Would also agree with you on plugging the cooler, If it can leak in to the coolant, Coolant can leak out!!
Sadly I deal with crap like this everyday.
