5W30 mobil 1 syn with fram filter (grip on bottom) filter since 2nd oil change.
Changed every 5 to 6 K(less then 1/2 of what monitor says through on star)
Im at 62K (about 9K towing 4,000 lbs) and still runs as smooth as new.
Tip  Cosco has mobil 1 for $34.00 case of 6 ,every couple of month the coupon book mailed to me has $10.00 off limit 3.
I buy 3 and its $24.00 for 6 0r $4.00 each
