There's two kinds of Line-X they had...one was the 'standard' which is what I had done. It has dulled ever so slightly to the normal, stock look...how it looked when the vehicle was new.
There was also a premium Line-X which is guaranteed to maintain a higher gloss...and they can color match this to any paint color. It would have been $150 more, but I liked the slightly dull 'new' stock look.
It's been over a year and about 20,000 miles (on and off road...and a road trip from Maryland to Maine) not a single chip on it anywhere. That stuff is TOUGH!
Yeah...$600 seemed like a good deal at the time...now I think it was a GREAT deal. Keep in mind that I removed all the parts myself, transported them, and put them back on...so I only paid for the Line-X to coat them.
