I paid $55 per rim, $275 total (plus tax of course), included prep-work, sandblasting and what not. I went with semi-gloss black. Of course you can't powderrcoat the caps since they're plastic. I spray primered and painted mine black and they've upheld just fine over the past year.
Here's how they look (photo was before I blacked-out the emblems).
