The Point Iam trying to make is that I was told Mid November for shipping and now its MID December and still no BG. Also as far as I can see no one else has thier guard yet unless they just are being quiet about it. Iam just frustrated with the lack of customer service and commitment. I have bought things from preadator in the past and never had an issue. I was told mine would be shipped this week by the woman who is "HANDLING" the BG orders that replaced Ellen. Again NO CALL back and NO BG shipping info.

I agree with you about the customer service. their customer service is below standard, but when you finally do get your guard i think it'll make up for it. tell them when you call next time that you have left 3 messages with no call back.
